Sherborne Lofts - Birmingham

Two phase development with the initial phase being the construction of a new 30m square canal basin, utilising a fabric dam to enable construction, carried out under ICE Minor Works Contract. The second phase being the conversion of a three storey warehouse with the addition of two floors on top of the existing steel framed building culminating in the conversion of the entire block into 34 ‘Loft’ apartments with mezzanine floors ranging in size from 1,700 to 3,000 sq.ft. Final design work being carried out to meet the specific requirements of individual Client’s.
