3,100m² double bay portal frame building with a high bay of 9.5m and a low bay of 6.5m with crane capacities of 20 tonnes and 10 tonnes respectively. Carried out under a traditional contract; the work involved full design and detail of the foundations, floor slab, frame and external works.
