Assessment of a reclaimed site, including upgrading/refurbishment of existing Grade II Listed Buildings, together with the design and detailing for a three storey 30,000sq.ft. offices and associated car parking. Off site works include the provision of a new slip road access to join an existing ring road. Design and construction programme 10 months.
