All draughting work being carried out on AutoCAD, 3D+ and Xsteel with full Email transfer facilities (see IT Statement). It also has extensive experience in surveys on Domestic, Commercial and Industrial buildings. We are able to carry out a Visual Inspection of the property and report on the defects observed and where necessary, more extensive investigations can be arranged to determine causes of any defects, e.g. soil investigations, testing of drainage, together with desktop studies relating to previous usage etc.; resulting from this, recommendations can be provided in relation to rectification and correction. The Practice was formed on the 1st February 1994; its personnel have both wide and varied experience and can offer expertise in most Structural and Civil Engineering fields, with the capability of carrying out site investigation, design and detailing work for the full structural requirements, together with road and sewer work for adoption.
